Silver Jital
was used as actual currency for commerce
in Medieval India (now Afghanistan) during the time noted.
The coins struck from this period feature a horseman with a spear on the Obverse
and a Brahma Bull on the Reverse. Both designs are moderately stylized images.
The Coin for sale here is well struck, and many of the fine details are still intact.
These artifacts are fascinating

History:
